Steps :

1. First of All you need to have a Google OR Gmail Account.
2. Now go to www.Blogger.com
3. Sign Up using your Google Account OR Create a new Account.
4. Now on the next page choose Full OR Complete Account for Blogger.
5. Now you will redirect to Blogger Homepage.
6. Click on New Blog Button.
7. Enter your blog title which you want.
8. Now enter your blog address, If you write an Address and in case it is not available than you need to choose other address. Your blog address will look like www.YourBlogAddress.blogspot.com.
9. Now select Any theme which you want and Click on Create Blog Button.
10. Congrats!!! Your Blog has been created.
